Return Process

    Initiate Your Request

    Contact our sleep support team via email or phone within the 100-night trial window to start your return or exchange process.

    Verification and Approval

    Provide a copy of your original invoice and a few photos of the mattress to confirm it is in good condition and eligible for return.

  • 3.
    Schedule a Pickup

    Once approved, we will coordinate with a local charity partner or recycling center to pick up the mattress from your home at no extra cost.

  • 4.
    Receive Your Refund

    After the pickup is confirmed, we will process your full refund back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
